Stuff We Like: Factory45
We came across a new company that we think is pretty great. It is called Factory45 and it is all about helping young makers, designers and entrepreneurs bring their clothing products or brands to market. It gets better though, they have a clear focus on sustainability and US manufacturing- something that is not always easy to find in the garment industry. Our own experiences have shown that it is incredibly difficult to find sustainable sourcing, ethical US factories that can work with smaller minimums and expert craftsman to put it all together. We would have loved to utilize a resource like Factory45 when we were getting started, but we are glad to know their name and happy they are working to improve this industry. They will surely be a welcomed partner to new & ethically-minded brands.
