-Orders using ground shipping will usually arrive within 7 - 10 business days once shipped.

-Orders will be shipped within 2 business days when inventory is available. We explore the world on the weekends, so ground orders placed on Friday after 11:00am EST will be processed by the following Monday.

-Wait times for denim orders vary based on when you submitted your purchase. We make our jeans in batches, and each batch consists of a finite number of jeans. If we process your order, that means you made the cut and we are making your jeans. You can expect a 2 to 6 week wait while we do this (remember, we are making them just for you). We will do our best to communicate our progress along the way so you have a good idea on when they will ship. When you checkout, there is an option to input your twitter or instagram username. We will use this method to communicate with you and even send you pictures of the progress.

-Orders using express shipping received before 11:00am EST will be processed the same day, anything received after that cut-off, will be processed first thing the next morning. Our deliveries go out in the afternoon.

-All orders paid by credit card are subject to authorization before they will be processed - we’re sure you understand.

-We will most likely be celebrating holidays just like you, so any order received on a holiday will not be processed until the following business day.

-We ship using UPS and are subject to their stipulations. If they don’t work for you, give us a call and we’ll arrange a different carrier that suits your needs.

-If you need to return an item, you can send it back to us using whatever carrier you prefer, but we recommend adding delivery confirmation & insurance just in case something happens along the way. We aren’t responsible if your item is lost on its way back to us. Please read our return policy for more info.
