REGULAR IN-STOCK ITEMS
We want you to be happy with your purchase—and we stand by our quality. So if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on our regular in-stock items and a 7-day return policy on in-stock Small Batch items as well as free exchanges*.
PRE ORDER & CUSTOM ITEMS
We love making custom garments to your specs, and are glad to offer our customers a great deal for pre-ordering. However, due to the unique production process, made-to-order items, customized items and other pre-orders are non-returnable unless defective. We recommend you find your size before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable but are exchangeable within 7 days. Returned items are subject to a 7$ restocking fee to cover the return label costs and processing, this will be deducted from the refund. *Exchanges are free but limited to 3 total deliveries. Click the 'create a return' button to get started. Once received, we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label that you can print. We ask that you return your item within 7 days of requesting the label.
