WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We try our best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion, and will do our best to communicate with you along the way. That said, we have very high quality standards and most items are handmade just for you. We make great clothing, not necessarily fast clothing. Check out the availability note in the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ section below each of our products in the shop to get an accurate estimate.

LOCAL PICKUPS, HOW DO THEY WORK?

So you live around the Cincinnati area and would rather pickup your item(s) at the shop? Sounds great. We allow local pickups on Tuesdays between 11-12pm & Thursdays between 5-6pm. We realize this isn’t a huge amount of time per week, and we do apologize. However, our facility in Cincinnati is predominantly a workshop and isn’t staffed to accommodate visitors outside of those hours. That said, if one of these times do work for you, fantastic. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, and you can tell us which day/time you will be coming. You can find our workshop address here. If these times don’t work for you, you will need to choose a shipping option at checkout.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM HEMS?

We do! Currently, all of our jeans a pre-hemmed at a 34″ inseam. If you’d like a longer inseam, you can request it in the order notes at checkout for no extra charge. However, your wait time will likely be an extra week. If you’d like a shorter hem, we will gladly hem any pair you purchase from our shop free of charge. We do ask that you pay for the shipping to get them to us though. It is worth noting that custom hemmed jeans are non-returnable. So once you order your jeans, try them on and make sure they fit before requesting a custom hem. When you are ready, you can contact: [email protected]. You can tell us your preferred hem length (and if you like to wear a cuff or not), or you can roll them up to your desired length and we will cut on the fold. If you’d like us to hem a pair of non-Noble jeans, or update an older pair of Nobles, we can do that too for a 20$ fee.

WHAT IS ‘SMALL BATCH’ ALL ABOUT AND HOW DO I ORDER?

In the spirit of making the best garments we possibly can, we experiment. We’ll frequently be releasing small handmade batches of clothing. From different types of jeans, to jackets and shirts– nothing is really out of bounds, so long as it can be a staple in a wardrobe. Each batch will be made of the finest materials and handmade in our Cincinnati workshop. We’ll release a finite amount of items (hence the small batch), and if we deem it a success, we will likely put it into regular production. You can subscribe to our Small Batch Notification list here to get early notifications of an impending batch release.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In a nutshell, we have a 30 day return policy for our regular items and a 7 day return policy for our Small Batch productions. We will pay for return shipping within that time frame. Some restrictions apply, so be sure to read our full policy here.

CAN I RETURN MY SALE ITEM?

We cover this in our return policy, but the short answer is no. We rarely have sales at Noble, and when we do, they are pretty big. We have them to because people like getting a good deal, and because it opens up our brand to new people. We like them because it is a chance to clear out our workshop to make way for new things. For this reason, we do not accept returns, but will do exchanges or store credit within 7 days.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR DENIM?

Our All American jeans are made from denim from Cone Mills White Oak, North Carolina. Our small batch materials vary as we like to experiment with other fabrics and denim, you can check the product page for the specifics.

WHERE ARE YOUR JEANS MADE?

All our products are made in either our Cincinnati workshop, or our Tennessee workshop (depending on the style). You can learn more about these two facilities by reading the Ohio and Tennessee pages on our site.

ARE YOUR JEANS TRUE TO SIZE?

Yes. Our jeans are designed and carefully cut to the actual measurements. Some clothing manufacturers use “vanity sizing,” so double-check your true size measurements before ordering. You can find our measuring tips here.

HOW MUCH WILL MY JEANS SHRINK?

Since our selvage jeans are ‘raw’- they are not distressed, or pre-shrunk. We recommend you follow our washing instructions to avoid unnecessary or unexpected shrinking. The longer you wear them without washing for the first time, the less severe the shrinking will be. If you plan on washing them regularly like other clothes, we recommend you order a size up, and a length up. e.g. your normal size is a 32×32. Consider ordering a 33×34. Raw jeans can shrink lengthwise as much as an inch and a half if you wash in hot water or dry in a dryer (both not recommended).

I CUT MY JEANS AS I WAS OPENING THE BOX, CAN YOU DO ANYTHING FOR ME?

Each of our jeans are crafted with care and attention. Please be cautious when opening your package as we cannot offer a replacement in the event they are damaged in the process of cutting open the box.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES?

Yes, we do. We charge a fixed $500 bench fee which includes your pair of jeans and the custom pattern that we develop for you. Down the road, if you want another pair, we only charge the normal price (we keep custom patterns on file). Please email: [email protected] or call 513.512.4998 to learn more about custom sizes.

CAN YOU HEM MY CUFF?

For local customers, we’ll happily hem your non-Noble jeans for $20. Email [email protected] to set up an appointment. For Noble jeans, they will come with a chain-stitched hem to your specifications unless otherwise requested.

CAN I VISIT THE WORKSHOP TO GET A TOUR?

Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our Cincinnati Workshop. However, we often have odd hours or are busily working. Please give us a call to schedule something: 513.512.4998 or email: [email protected].

Where can I try on your jeans locally?

We no longer do fittings at our workshop. Instead, we’ve partnered with Article Cincinnati. Their location is more central, and their shop is much cleaner and quieter with less heavy machinery. Their shop is located in Over The Rhine on the corner of 12th & Vine. You can view their hours here. They always have an updated stock of Noble jeans on hand.

WHAT OTHER STORES CARRY YOUR JEANS?

Right now, our jeans are carried at a few top-notch boutiques around the country. You can view the options on our Stockists page. If you’re a shop and you’d like to carry our jeans, email our wholesale department to fill out the application.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

We build our jeans from top-quality materials so they will last and weather with you. That said, denim is made from cotton- and cotton breaks down. This is a natural process and affects all denim regardless of the weight and quality. If your jeans fail in the first few months, by all means send them back and we’ll either repair them or replace them. For repair needs further down the road, we recommend you visit your local tailor. For more on this, check out our return policy. You can also check out some tips for avoiding blow outs.
